PILATES FEES

Etiquette
Students should come prepared in form fitting fitness wear with non-slip Pilates socks. All sessions will be booked online and a 24 hour cancellation notice is required without loosing sessions.
All new students will be required to schedule an essential class or private session with one of our instructors before advancing to higher level classes.

Class Formats
Intro Reformer (30 mins)
Complimentary orientation takes you through the STOTT PILATES fundamentals of the reformer including the five basic principles, and how to apply those principals prior to moving, as well as personal adjustments to the carriage.

Essential Reformer (45 mins)
This class follows the essential repertoire from STOTT PILATES.

Reformer+ (55 mins)
An intermediate class with quick transitions to help guide you from beginner to more advanced using various tools and equipment, while focusing on strength and stability.

Reformer Blend (55 mins)
A challenging fusion of reformer, mat, chair, or jump board to enhance stability, strength, body control and balance. Instructor approval pre-requisite.

Cardio Jump
 (55 mins)
This power cardio jump board class is organized to optimize flow and fluid transitions with interval jumping to elevate the heart rate. Instructor approval pre-requisite.

Fees
10 Class Pass- $25 per class + hst
20 Class Pass-$20 per class + hst
(non member add $5.00 per session)*

Privates
6 sessions for $60/per sessions + hst
12 sessions for $55/per sessions + hst
Non member add $5.00 per session. Duets are $35/person for 5 sessions.
